Rooms are booking up!!
So, there is a car race at Limerock Race Track - some 5 day long bike race and A parents weekend for a camp nearby!!!! WHO KNEW?!?!
Almost all of the places that we had recommenced as places to stay are completely booked up; however not too far away is a great Quality Inn and Suites.
Don't forget- there is always Interlaken, however we know not everyone can afford to stay there.

I spoke to a woman there, Jane Libbey, and she is going to be blocking off rooms for our weekend. Had we known there was so much going on in the community we have gone this route already!
This hotel has an indoor pool, exercise room, internet, a restaurant and bar on site and their staff seemed very competent and friendly. She's happy to help out.
The Quality Inn & Suites are about 27 miles from the Inn, and with the windy roads of Litchfield County it takes about double that in time to get to the Inn, so if you want to reserve a room here just know that it's about 45 minutes to Interlaken.
